POSTAGE

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please allow 2-3 working days for first class and 4-5 working days for second class orders to arrive once dispatched. Please contact us if your order does not reach you in this time period. Charges vary depending on parcel sizes starting at £2.92 for a small parcel. We always use a certified courier or the Royal Mail - items will be insured to the value of the item and a signature will be required on delivery. If you require express delivery please get in touch at 
hello@hortusandhome.com and we can arrange this for you. For international postage please get in touch at hello@hortusandhome.com and we can calculate costs for you. If you are sending an order directly to someone as a gift, you can enter a message for them in the 'Note to seller' box provided at the checkout. All packaging is recyclable or biodegradable to lower our carbon footprint. We are very conscious of creating as little waste as possible and recycling wherever we can.   

HOME DELIVERY

We are pleased to now offer a home delivery service. This is for  the following postcodes only TR10, TR11, TR12, TR13, TR14 and TR27. Home delivery comes at a flat rate of £2.50 per order. When selecting home delivery please give any special directions to the location and instructions of where to leave parcels in the 'Note to seller' box provided at the checkout. Following your order we will email you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Please note, Hortus and Home can not take responsibility for parcels, if instructed to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your products then please let us know within 48 hours by emailing us at hello@hortusandhome.com. We will accept returns within 14 working days upon receiving your items. For any refunds products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Refunds (less the delivery charge) will be credited to you via the original method of payment once we receive the returned item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

If you receive broken or damaged goods, we require you the customer to photograph the damage and send us an email within 48 hours of receipt of goods to hello@hortusandhome.com  We hope this never happens but if it does we will exchange or refund the item.

PURCHASING

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you the customer are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, otherwise you will have permission from your parents. 
All payments are made securely through Pay Pal.  We always endevour to show products as realistically as possible. It is possible that colours may vary slightly to the ones you see on your screen. We also try to give the most accurate measurements possible for each product but please be aware these may vary as each item is unique.

PRIVACY

We comply with GDPR guidelines. We value your privacy and any personal information that we receive is completely confidential. It will not be shared with any other parties. If you have any questions then please get in touch at hello@hortusandhome.com

We hold copyrights & possession of all content and photography found at Hortus and Home unless stated otherwise. Images of Dor and Tan products are owned by Dor and Tan. We welcome the publicity and use of our content and photography but we do ask that we are credited.
